... there are a lot of interfaces between QDA modules / tools? Following a small list of different integration possibilities;
Complaints can be automated generated by defective incoming inspections;
Critical characteristics could be linked with actions and their status and effectiveness could be visual in Report Designer together with master data;
(Over)due gages, released tests or out of spec measurements can trigger an automatic email to predefined People.
…for over 20 years the QDA software uses Ford Test Examples to evaluate their SPC system? End user can be sure that their data sets are evaluated correctly with a high level of reliability.
Did you know, that...? … is it possible to integrate measurement data of your suppliers into QDA? QDA is not only able to manage your own measuring machine data, but also the measuring machine data of your suppliers. Due to the variety of different interfaces, QDA can integrate the data of almost all common measuring machines. You are not any longer dependent on the completed reports of the suppliers in case you have the supplier data in your own database. Instead you have the possibility to create individual reports, based on the bodyshop measurement data of all suppliers that have been integrated into QDA. That is how the problem can be clicked down easily to the causative (individual) part in real-time.
From the 2013M Release onwards the integration of measurement data will be even easier. The measurement logs, that were usually sent via e-mail by the supplier, must not be imported manually into QDA anymore, but can be collected and imported fully automated on a periodic basis from the mail server using the QDA Batch Tool.
Did you know…?
…that QDA can deal with results out of the different joining processes like bolting or force fitting? In this case not only the classic results but also the referring curves could be saved by QDA. Both are accessible during Analysis
